VanCon, Inc. (“VanCon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through wedigutah.com (the “Site”), how we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.

This policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected offline, through separate signed agreements (such as construction contracts or subcontracts), or by third parties we do not control.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact and business informationyou provide directly — such as your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, mailing address, trade or specialty, and any details you include in a bid request, trade partner submission, or other message.
  • Project information you choose to share when requesting a bid or describing your needs.
  • Recruiting information related to career inquiries. Most job applications are submitted through a third-party hiring platform that collects application materials under its own privacy policy.
  • Technical and usage datacollected automatically — such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and the pages you view on the Site, gathered through standard server logs and analytics.

You are not required to provide personal information to browse most of the Site, but some features (like submitting a form) will not work without it.

How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you, when you complete a form, email us, or otherwise contact us.
  • Automatically, through server logs and analytics tools that record basic technical information when you visit the Site.
  • From third parties, such as our hiring platform and service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking technologies to build profiles about you or to serve interest-based ads. We may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies that are required for the Site to function, and we may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic.

If we introduce additional cookies or tracking in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide a way to manage your preferences. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect how some parts of the Site function. We honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals where required by law.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to bid requests, questions, and other inquiries.
  • To evaluate and contact prospective subcontractors and suppliers.
  • To consider career inquiries and support our hiring process.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and policies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How We Share & Disclose Information

We disclose information only as described below:

  • Service providers who host the Site, process form submissions, provide analytics, or manage our hiring process, and who may use the information only to perform services for us.
  • Professional advisors, such as accountants, insurers, and attorneys, where appropriate.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of VanCon, our personnel, or others.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Advertising & Analytics

We do not currently serve targeted or interest-based advertising on the Site. If we use analytics services, they help us understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate. You can generally limit analytics through your browser settings or available opt-out tools, and you may use industry resources such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) if interest-based advertising is ever introduced.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You may submit a request using the contact information below, and you may use an authorized agent where permitted.
