• Technical and usage datacollected automatically — such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and the pages you view on the Site, gathered through standard server logs and analytics.

You are not required to provide personal information to browse most of the Site, but some features (like submitting a form) will not work without it.

• Directly from you, when you complete a form, email us, or otherwise contact us.
• Automatically, through server logs and analytics tools that record basic technical information when you visit the Site.
• From third parties, such as our hiring platform and service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries.

The Site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking technologies to build profiles about you or to serve interest-based ads. We may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies that are required for the Site to function, and we may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic.

If we introduce additional cookies or tracking in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide a way to manage your preferences. VanCon operates in the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed here. The Site is intended for a business and professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
