Project Overview
VanCon worked with Bowen Collins & Associates to design an expansion to the existing maintenance building at the base of Deer Creek Dam, which included relocating and upsizing the wastewater containment system and relocating the grease/sand interceptor. VanCon then constructed the expansion which included a conference room, IT room, restrooms, and storage warehouse in an 80 by 48-foot footprint.
